Meet Leah

Leah Garrett is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and unlock a higher level of health, resilience, and performance.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa before completing her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Leah’s work bridges science and a deeper understanding of the human experience. She focuses on restoring alignment between the body, nervous system, and environment—empowering her patients to move, feel, and live at their full capacity.

She practices out of The Edit HQ, a modern wellness hub in Napanee, where Leah Garrett Osteopathy offers a space for intentional, one-on-one care.

Outside of the clinic, Leah can be found trail running with her dog or paddling down rivers with friends—continuing to live the principles she brings into her work.
